Our Policy

Please arrive to your schedule appointment on time as a courtesy of all of our paying clients and that you receive the  maximum time of service that you paid for.

 

Clients have a grace period of being 15 mins late to their appointment.  The time that you are late to your appointment will be deducted from your service.

 

There will be no refunds under any circumstances. We require an 24 hour advance notice for cancellations.

 

A $25 Deposit is due before booking ,Deposits are non refundable. After booking the remaining balance is due  at time of actual appointment.

 

If you are a new client and miss your appointment with no notice, you must pay another $35 to reschedule.
